Description

Job Summary:
This position is for an Ultrasonographer specializing in Echo procedures at a healthcare provider located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations, including adult and pediatric procedures such as transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), stress echo, and peripheral vascular assessments. The Ultrasonographer will support complex cardiac procedures and collaborate with physicians to provide accurate images and measurements necessary for diagnosis and treatment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI); BLS certification; six months of related experience; ability to work independently; ability to utilize critical thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team; capacity to serve in on-call rotation after regular hours.
