Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient position available in the Missouri area. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient progress and discharge planning. The position requires providing education to patients and families, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining compliance with organizational and professional guidelines.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; prior LTACH experience; no specific experience requirement listed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in long-term acute care settings.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, managing individual and group sessions, documenting in medical records in accordance with policies, participating in student and professional development programs, and adhering to regulatory and organizational standards. Effective interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement are also integral to this role.
