Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Michigan. This role involves delivering life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gases therapy to pediatric patients. The position requires performing diagnostic procedures, maintaining clinical expertise across different units, and effective communication with patients, co-workers, physicians, and system personnel. Supervisory responsibilities include delegating tasks to respiratory therapists, externs, and students, along with ensuring accurate documentation and patient billing.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: - Associate of Science Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program, - Registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care, - Current Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Michigan, - BLS certification, - Minimum of 2 years recent Respiratory Therapist experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position involves delivering critical respiratory care to pediatric patients, performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures, supervising, and delegating to other respiratory staff and students, and completing documentation and billing accurately.
