Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking a CT Technologist for a position in Indianapolis. This role involves operating advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment to support diagnostic procedures. The CT Technologist will work closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort in an outpatient setting.
Job Details
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ARRT (Computed Tomography), Indiana State License (ISDOH). A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Valid qualifications and certifications must be in place before start date.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating Siemens and Philips equipment, proficiency in patient communication, and experience in outpatient, inpatient, or emergency department settings.
- Additional Information: The position involves performing injection procedures, training students and technologists, and maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency during imaging procedures. Candidate should be adaptable, patient-centered, and able to work independently with critical thinking skills. Dress code includes charcoal grey scrub top and bottom, with non-porous shoes and solid-colored undershirts.
