Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is based at a large, busy medical facility located in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves working in a Level 1 Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, focusing on a variety of advanced imaging procedures within a high-volume environment. The position offers a full-time schedule with daytime hours, supporting the organizations commitment to patient care excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of current acute care CT Technologist experience, with ARRT (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and active Kansas licensure
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE scanners, prior Meditech EMR system experience
• Unit Highlights: The department handles approximately 130 CT scans daily and functions as a busy trauma and stroke center, requiring dependable and team-oriented professionals
• Additional Information: The role involves performing procedures such as CTA chest, neck, abdomen, cardiac studies, CT Head stroke protocols, and other advanced imaging services. The team works cohesively in a fast-paced environment, and the dress code requires black scrubs (not provided). Candidates should demonstrate a dependable and prompt work ethic, and a positive attitude towards multidisciplinary collaboration.
