Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) - Muskogee, Oklahoma. This position involves providing outpatient occupational therapy services in a long-term acute care (LTACH) facility. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in occupational therapy, current licensure in the state of Oklahoma, and 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an acute setting is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units, including the Broken Arrow facility.
• Additional Information:
  • Position is a contract role with an expected duration of 13 weeks or until a full-time position is filled.
  • The facility has 41 beds and uses Net Health electronic medical records for billing, with paper charting.
  • Dress code preferred in royal blue scrubs.
  • The role is a contractor replacement for a vacancy caused by a gap in filling a full-time occupational therapy position.
