Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in Eureka, California. This position involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services within a healthcare facility. The role requires a dedicated professional committed to patient care and falls within a well-established inpatient setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid California license, 1 year of clinical experience, certification in occupational therapy, and ability to work full-time.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient care and familiarity with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
- Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are necessary. The assignment involves working during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) and may require working at least 2 out of these 3 holidays. Travel compliance and administrative documentation including SSN, DOB, and RTO are mandatory at the time of submission.
