Description

Job Summary
The CT Technologist position is located in Naples, Florida. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The technologist will be responsible for producing accurate imaging results and assisting in ancillary duties as assigned, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the facility.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid CT license, Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, minimum 1 year experience as CT Technologist, Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program in an approved school, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Radiology; CT registration within 1 year of hire or transfer, EPIC experience is required and the candidate will be required to take and pass an EPIC assessment on their first day of assignment
  • Preferred Qualifications: ARRT-CT certification
  • Additional Information: The position requires experience with high-volume imaging, flexibility to float to various facility locations including free-standing emergency departments, and the ability to operate Siemens imaging equipment within the last year. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in HIS, RIS, PACS systems, and power injector operation. The role involves interviewing patients, explaining procedures, obtaining signatures, and ensuring proper radiation safety practices. It also includes maintaining departmental supplies and documenting equipment performance issues.
