Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer General position is based in Dodge City, Kansas. This role involves performing a variety of ultrasound examinations, including general, obstetric, gynecologic, small parts, and Doppler studies. The position requires collaborating within a busy department equipped with multiple GE and Phillips ultrasound machines, and the schedule operates on a rotating shift pattern.

Job Details:

• Location: Dodge City, Kansas
• Schedule: Rotation between 9.5-hour shifts, including weekday and on-call weekend coverage, with shifts starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 6:00 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ARDMS, BLS (AHA); minimum of 2 years of relevant ultrasound experience; and valid licensure to submit.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC or Synapse EMR systems, and familiarity with GE and Phillips ultrasound equipment.
• Additional Information: The role involves approximately ten scans or studies per day across different modalities. The department does not have in-house radiologists on weekends. Clinicians are required to be in the state during the week of orientation. The organization manages a flexible cancellation policy, allowing up to four shift cancellations within a 13-week assignment.
