Description
Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is sought in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves working day shifts for 12 hours, every other weekend, in an inpatient acute care setting with level 1 trauma designation. The role requires experience with GE high-definition or Revolution scanners and proficiency in peripheral IV starts on outpatients.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a CT Technologist, relevant education or degree, minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient acute care with level 1 trauma, experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution scanners, peripheral IV skills required, inpatient acute care experience, travel experience necessary (no first-time travelers), must be separated from previous facility for at least one year, and must have worked in the last 6 months at any healthcare facility.
- Additional Information: All candidates must have performed peripheral IV insertions on outpatients. Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays, unless a holiday. No block scheduling. The facility requires a BILH (Beth Israel Lahey Health) coversheet at submission. Candidates are responsible for parking costs up to $43/day.
