Job Details

• Schedule: Days (Monday through Friday) from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, with the first to float.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy, current California Occupational Therapist license, BLS certification, and NPI number. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including home health. A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience is preferred; consideration may be given to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) with home health experience if no Occupational Therapist (OT) applicants are available.
• Additional Information: The coverage area extends from northeastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland, Yolo County service area. Four visits per day on average, including evaluations and revisits. Charting is completed using the Cerner system. The organization requires a copy of a government-issued ID at submittal to validate legal name. This assignment is eligible for reimbursement. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts in a 13-week period or 3 shifts in shorter assignments. Mileage will not be paid.
