Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position located in Bangor, Maine. This role involves providing radiologic imaging services in a Level II Trauma Center, supporting emergency, outpatient, and inpatient care, primarily for adult and geriatric patients. The position is scheduled for overnight shifts, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality imaging and patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour overnight shifts, with a 4-week schedule, no call, and weekend rotations as needed.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification in CT, BLS certification, Maine State license, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens CT and X-ray equipment, support on the unit, and IV start skills.
• Support on the Unit: Lead Tech/Department Administration; multiple CT/X-ray techs scheduled for each shift.
• Technology/Equipment: Siemens (CT and X-ray equipment), Care team uses Cerner electronic medical records, and Enterprise Imaging PACS.
• Patient Types: Care areas include Emergency Department, outpatient, inpatient; primarily adult and geriatrics with some pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Additional Information: Orientation period of 1 to 1.5 weeks based on experience and comfort level. Scrub color is flexible as long as professional; parking is free.
