Job Summary
A CT Technologist position is available in Tennessee. This role involves working night shifts at a busy Level I trauma facility with over 100 beds. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar clinical setting, prior travel experience, and proficiency with Siemens equipment. The position includes rotating weekends and requires flexibility across multiple CT scanners, including a portable unit.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a CT Technologist, at least 2 years of relevant experience, prior travel experience, BLS certification, and experience with Siemens imaging equipment. Candidate must be detail-oriented with the ability to handle stressful situations. Must be aged 18 or older.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with potential start IVs, running creatinine labs, CTA coronary imaging, trauma and stroke protocols, image post-processing, IV Pumps, and power injection of contrast. Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record.
- Float: Float rotation may be required across three CT scanners and a portable CT scanner.
- Additional Information: Orientation sessions scheduled for 08/10, 08/17, 08/24, and 08/31. Scrubs are grey. All time off must be submitted upon application. No call is required for this role.
