Description

Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specialized in Inpatient Rehab across San Antonio. This position involves providing occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neuro and orthopedic patients within a hospital setting. The role requires adapting to various clinical needs in a fast-paced environment to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid active Occupational Therapist license, 2 years or more of inpatient rehabilitation and/or hospital experience, bilingual (English & Spanish), and experience with neuro and orthopedic patient evaluations and treatments.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital settings.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m. Must work two weekend shifts per month and have a Neuror or Brain Injury certification preferred. Adherence to dress code and unit policies, including scrubs in sage green/olive and black, clean and professional appearance, and body art coverage, is expected.
