Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a shift based in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This position involves operating advanced GE Revolution 256 slice and GE VCT 64 Slice CT scanners to support emergency room volume, with a flexible schedule including day shifts. The role requires competent CT exam performance and adherence to hospital protocols, contributing to high-quality patient imaging services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
- Required Qualifications: ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT), with competency in CT exams. No minimum experience required beyond certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic CT skills, experience with advanced imaging technology, and familiarity with the hospital's documentation systems such as Meditech and Synapse PACS.
- Additional Information: The shift will involve 2-3 staff members, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. The contract staff will join existing hospital personnel, and no interventional or special procedural experience is necessary. Dress code requires the designated hospital uniform, and candidates should review unit-specific policies on scanning protocols and IV contrast use.
