Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) is needed in Denver, Colorado. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care in a pediatric intensive care unit, supporting critically ill newborns and children. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy hospital environment.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Start Date: 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP; Education: current valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license; Location: Denver, Colorado; Experience: minimum 1 year current acute care NICU Respiratory Therapist (RT) hospital experience in a Level III NICU setting
  • Preferred Qualifications: Critical care experience including NICU, PICU, or adult ICU; prior Meditech EMR experience; additional pediatric or neonatal emergency procedures experience
  • Additional Information: The position requires providing airway management, ventilator management, and support for critically ill pediatric patients. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. The unit features advanced equipment such as G5 ventilators, Servo systems, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30 ventilators, supporting a high standard of patient care.
