Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist in Odessa, Texas. This position involves performing diagnostic CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment, adhering to departmental protocols under the supervision of radiologists. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a CT Technologist; graduation from an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school; registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); valid state licensure as a general radiographer; at least 2 years of experience including prior travel experience; no local candidates accepted.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing diagnostic CT scans of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures; proficiency with CT system processing; knowledge of sterile procedures and studies with or without contrast media; familiarity with cross-sectional anatomy.
• Additional Information: The position is located at a PWP facility, which means payments are processed only after facility payment; all travel submissions must include at least 2 years of experience; no call responsibilities are required; the facility operates with specific protocol standards and safety requirements.
