Description
Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Brenham, Texas. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures in a healthcare facility, supporting diagnostic services and patient care. The candidate will work overnight shifts and contribute to quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 4x10s, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential (R) CT, Texas MRT license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The technologist will be required to perform both CT and X-ray procedures overnight. Responsibilities include preparing patients, maintaining equipment standards, adhering to safety and infection control protocols, and documenting all procedures accurately. The role requires independent task performance, excellent patient communication, and ability to serve as a trainer for new team members.
