Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health services in Marysville, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) only if obtained license on or after January 2007; foreign equivalent accepted. Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice. Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organization policy.
• Additional Information: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using proper protocols and techniques. Establishes personalized care and discharge plans, ensuring communication to relevant parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
