- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; two late days ending at 7:00 PM are required. The schedule is flexible to some degree, with options to negotiate specific days of the week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified or licensed Physical Therapist with relevant outpatient experience; Illinois licensure or eligibility; 0 years of experience required; flexible to work 40 hours per week.
