Job Summary:
The inpatient physical therapist position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services, primarily focusing on neuro-related cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. The position requires working a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation preferred.

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient
• Location: Alexandria, Virginia
• Schedule: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an 8-hour shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 0 years of experience; Certification in physical therapy, valid licensure in Virginia, and previous inpatient acute rehabilitation experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Care Tool scoring, neuro-specific cases such as CVA (cerebrovascular accident), BI (brain injury), and SCI (spinal cord injury)
• Additional Information: Candidate must have access to Epic electronic medical record system. You will work one minor holiday during the 13-week period. No floating expectations. No on-call duties required.
