• Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP)
• Location: Manchester, NH
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, full-time hours (minimum 40 hours per week)
• Required Qualifications: NH Physical Therapy License, BLS certification, 3 years of experience, located in New Hampshire or willing to obtain licensure in the state
• Preferred Qualifications: Vestibular experience is preferred but not required
• Patient Experience Requirements: Experience in acute care settings with higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients
• Unit Specifics:
  • Typical patient census: approximately 10 patients/8-hour day
  • Staffing includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and therapy directors
  • Equipment used: basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, hyper lifts
  • Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts
  • Certifications required: None specified
  • Dress code: Scrubs (no specific color required)
• Unit Policies and Environment:
  • Inpatient units and emergency department are covered by this department; NICU patients are not included
  • The team is dedicated and collaborative, with staff having extensive experience across multiple settings
  • Daily patient assignments focus on limiting coverage to 1-2 floors, with a flexible shift start time to accommodate individual preferences
  • Floating to other inpatient units and the emergency department is required; coverage of NICU patients is not included
