• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 2+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the state.
• Preferred Qualifications: Has previously completed assignments with the agency or organization, which are highly desired.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation is clear, accurate, and compliant with regulations. Participates in student mentoring, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to all state and organizational regulations. Demonstrates commitment to safety, organizational performance improvement initiatives, and professional conduct.
