Job Details
- Location: Los Angeles, California
- Position Description: PLEASE READ FACILITY FIXED NOTES FOR MORE DETAILS -
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, no minimum experience required, California state licensure, and certification as applicable
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Additional Information: The duties include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
