Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapy position is in Goodyear, Arizona, specializing in outpatient physical therapy services. Job Details:

• Additional Information: The position requires the candidate to complete documentation with the organization outside of the standard clearance process before beginning. Candidates must demonstrate proof of license application within five business days of the start date. The start date must align with license status at submission. Equipment will be provided during the interview, and parking will be available on the first day. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
