Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient (OP) located in Sun City, Arizona. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapy execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing documentation and ensuring compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active license, minimum of 3 years of experience, relevant educational background, and location requirements met.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy settings.
- Additional Information: Candidates are expected to start on 08/24/2026. Credentialing requirements include providing proof of license application within five business days of booking. Candidates must be able to start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. Must have a permanent license; no compact licenses will be accepted. Candidates with recent perm/PRN or travel work history at the same facility within the last year are ineligible. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking will be available on the first day. Dress code details will be provided at orientation.
