Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position based in Georgia. This role involves performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, including left heart catheterization, high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions, right heart catheterization, pacemaker placement, peripheral procedures, and structural heart interventions. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional with a focus on procedural excellence and patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 08/10/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), and either Arrhythmia Analysis and Technology (AART) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); associate degree in health sciences or completion of an accredited technology program such as Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) or Radiology; minimum of 2 years of interventional or diagnostic cardiovascular experience, with specific Cath lab expertise.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with special procedures including but not limited to: Left Heart Cath, High-Risk Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), Right Heart Cath, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart; familiarity with EMCO, EKOS, and peripheral interventions.
- Additional Information: Responsible for executing a range of procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols. The candidate must have no local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment location.
