Job Summary:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Outpatient position based in Sitka, Alaska. This role involves providing outpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments, primarily focusing on adult and pediatric patients, with services delivered across multiple settings including outpatient clinics, community events, and home visits. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered therapy plans in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Shift time is days, with 10 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; CCC-SLP; licensed by the State of Alaska in the field of Speech-Language Pathology; Basic Life Support certification; outpatient, pediatric, or adult experience required; Colorado licensure at time of submission.
