Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health services in Hood River, Oregon. Job Details

  • Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience; Oregon and Washington licenses are required (WA license preferred, OR license can be pending). BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Additional Qualifications: Oregon and Washington licensure is REQUIRED; experience with Oasis documentation is REQUIRED.
  • Patient Diagnoses: Dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, post-stroke.
  • General Skills Experience: Experience with acute disorders, chronic disorders, functional activities, home health procedures, and documentation in systems such as Epic.
  • Travel and Transportation: Reliable transportation is required; travel within an approximate radius of 60 miles per day may be necessary.
  • Work Environment: Home health setting with flexible patient visit schedules; preferred experience with equipment such as adaptive devices, prosthetics, and mobility aids.
  • Other Details: Clinicians may visit up to 6 patients per day, with an expectation of managing patient care efficiently to meet productivity points. This role involves working in a community-based, home setting with interdisciplinary support.
