Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) is sought for a night shift position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing respiratory care in a Level 2 and Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and specialization in pediatrics, with a focus on managing artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, and administering aerosolized medications. The position offers a rotating schedule with 36 hours per week, including every third weekend, and requires collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Position: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT)
• Location: Boston, MA
• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, every third weekend, rotating every three weeks
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; CPR from the American Heart Association; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); RRT certification; at least 2 years of related work experience; certification to manage artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, aerosolized medications, and oxygen therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Delivery room experience, Level 2 and 3 NICU/Special Care Nursery experience, and Birthing hospital NICU experience.
• Additional Information: The candidate must have NICU experience and be certified in NRP. Only candidates who have been separated from the facility for at least six months and have not worked within the last six months with the same organization will be considered. Local travelers, defined as residing within 50 miles of the facility, are not eligible. Orientation sessions are held weekly every Monday, except holidays.
