Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) in Arlington, Texas. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric patients within a general medical unit. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications (RN, LVN, or Tech), relevant educational background, Texas state licensure or eligibility, and no prior minimum years of experience required.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit specific details include a general patient census and staffing ratios.
  • Experience with pediatric respiratory procedures and equipment is preferred.
  • Documentation is primarily managed through the Meditech system.
  • Floating policy: As needed.
  • Dress code: Clean, professional attire adhering to hospital standards, including specific guidelines for scrubs and hygiene.
  • Body art policies: Tattoos should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
  • Attendance policies follow the organization-wide standards.
  • No additional operational or clinical responsibilities are specified beyond standard respiratory therapy practices.
