Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient position available in Delta, Colorado. This role involves administering physical therapy to patients across pediatric to geriatric age groups, with the aim of improving functional ability. Under supervision, the therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, assess patient progress, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Job Details

• Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP)
• Location: Delta, Colorado
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Possession of a Physical Therapy License issued by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies; BLS required; knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions; knowledge of human behavior and performance; knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules, composition, and grammar; knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups; at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Additional Information: The role involves assessment and interpretation of evaluations and test results, administration of manual exercises, instruction on therapeutic devices, application of physical agents, and documentation of patient care services. The therapist will evaluate treatment effects, recommend adjustments, and contribute to discharge planning. The position requires adherence to infection control policies, equipment maintenance, and participation in ongoing professional development activities.
