Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Delta, Colorado. This role involves administering physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, aiming to improve patients' functional abilities through comprehensive treatment plans. The therapist works under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director to deliver quality care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Possession of a Physical Therapy License issued by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. BLS certification required. Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, as well as career counseling and guidance. Understanding of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Excellent command of the English language, including vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and composition. Skills in curriculum and training design, teaching, instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects. No minimum experience required.
