Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; outpatient experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Adheres to all organizational policies, including safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
