Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in SUWANEE, Georgia. The role involves evaluating outpatient patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting patient progress towards discharge. The therapist will also participate in student supervision and promote a culture of safety and professional growth within the organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; valid state licensure in good standing; ability to perform job duties in accordance with applicable state practice acts and licensing requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient Orthopedic (OP Ortho) experience preferred
• Additional Information: Complete evaluations of assigned patients, develop and modify treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and completed in a timely manner. Participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities. Adhere to safety protocols and clinical guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
