Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Terre Haute, Indiana. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on patient care and clinical documentation. The role requires active licensure and adherence to organizational protocols to ensure quality treatment delivery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, location in Terre Haute, IN, and flexibility to start on 08/17/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient physical therapy and relevant clinical certifications if applicable
• Additional Information: The credentialing process requires completion of documentation with the organization outside of the agencys clearance packet before the start date. Use of provided equipment during interviews and a dress code will be specified on the first day. Parking will be provided during the first day of the assignment.
