Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Tampa, Florida. This role involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to support their progress and safe return to community activities. The therapist will also provide education to patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; Florida state licensure in good standing; ability to complete all mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations; strong clinical reasoning skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans, and ensures documentation is accurate and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to the organizations performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, slips, trips, falls prevention, and maintaining a safe work environment.
