Physical Therapist Outpatient for a healthcare organization located in Swansea, Illinois. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Illinois; able to start on 08/24/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments within the organization or with the agency is highly desired; previous outpatient therapy experience is preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, and document care in compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will participate in student training and pursue continuous professional development. The role requires adherence to state practice act regulations and organizations performance improvement initiatives.
