Physical Therapist Outpatient located in Belleville, Illinois. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Illinois; must meet state practice act and regulatory requirements; current professional licensure in good standing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sports physical therapy is highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document medical records accurately and timely.
