Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable state license for Indiana; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Recognized specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP).
