Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, degree in Physical Therapy, Pennsylvania state license, minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), certification in APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) or other relevant specialties
• Additional Information: The position involves delivering direct patient care, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in accordance with healthcare standards and protocols. Flexibility to manage a varying caseload within the home health setting is preferred.
