Job Summary:
The organization seeks a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Foley, Alabama. This position involves providing diagnostic imaging services during night shifts, following a rotating schedule. The role requires a qualified professional capable of performing a variety of radiologic procedures, including CT scans, in accordance with departmental protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with a 7 on, 7 off rotation. Additional shift details include:
  • Sun: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Mon: 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Tues: 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Wed: Not applicable
  • Thurs: Not applicable
  • Fri: Not applicable
  • Sat: Not applicable
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT - R), certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT - CT), minimum of 3 years radiologic experience. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and licensed as a general radiographer by the state.

• Additional Information: The CT Technologist is responsible for performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, and intraoperative imaging. Proficiency in CT scanning, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and biopsy or drainage procedures, is required. Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile procedures, studies with contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy is essential. The position involves working independently as the sole overnight technologist at the facility.
