Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Mechanicstown, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and guiding patients through recovery to maximize community participation. The position requires outpatient clinical experience and offers a 13-week assignment with the option to extend up to one year.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for Pennsylvania; successful completion of previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings; additional certifications or specialized training
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring documentation compliance. The therapist will participate in student training programs and pursue ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include adhering to all relevant regulatory and organizational standards, maintaining licensure in good standing, and engaging in performance improvement initiatives. Safety awareness and clinical skills are essential for providing quality patient care.
