Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care is sought in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves contributing clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care for patients aged 55 and older. The role may require floating across local campuses to meet patient care needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Iowa state license; BLS certification; experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC; mandatory reporting of child and adult abuse; drivers license; work history/resume; skills checklist completed within the last year; license verification; copy of certifications; one supervisory reference at time of submission; first-time traveler approved; experience with Epic required; no previous employment with the organization in the last 12 months.

- Additional Information: The position involves quick candidate screening via phone call or text from a 405 area code, and rapid onboarding. The traveler must work during major US holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) on a rotating basis. Orientation is scheduled for Mondays prior to start date.
