Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) at a healthcare facility in Austin, Texas. This contract position is for a 13-week assignment beginning on August 17, 2026, during night shifts. The role involves performing advanced imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment with high patient acuity, including stroke and trauma cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong scanning skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in CT, ARRT certification, TMB licensure, completion of BLS, and applicable modality licenses (e.g., NMTCB, MRI, CT)
- Preferred Qualifications: Licenses in specific modalities such as NMTCB or MRI, ACLS certification, experience with stroke and trauma cases, ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills
- Additional Information: Must have experience managing super sick patients with a high level of acuity. Candidates should have experience working in trauma and stroke scenarios, exhibiting calm professionalism and teamwork. Dress code includes olive-colored scrubs on top and black pants. The unit emphasizes professionalism, technical skill, and adaptability to new equipment or technology as needed.
