Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Georgia; 1 year of experience.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans using clinical reasoning. Performs documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility policies. Participates in student programs and maintains professional licensure in good standing.
