Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position requires a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience and begins mid to late August.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shift times, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Pennsylvania; 0 years of minimum experience required for the role
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or the organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student education, and adhering to all relevant state practice acts and regulatory requirements. The candidate must demonstrate professional growth through continuing education and maintain licensure in good standing.
