Job Summary:
Arizona Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position located in Maricopa. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid and active license for the state of Arizona; no minimum years of experience specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of prior assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient orthopedics is advantageous.
