Job Details:

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist with a focus on comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment plan development, and patient education. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services, ensuring compliance with clinical and organizational standards.
• Certifications and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required. CPR Certification is mandatory.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role includes participation in student training and professional development activities. Candidates must adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
