Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting, requiring strong inpatient experience, particularly with pediatric patient populations. Job Details

Schedule: Evenings, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements or degree, and a minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience in a hospital setting; experience with Epic electronic medical record system is required
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients preferred
Additional Information: The role involves delivering pharmaceutical services in a hospital environment, adhering to SOPs and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
